Erin Crocker signs with Evernham Motorsports 2004 December 8
I just read on the Evernham Motorsports website that
“Evernham Motorsports partnered with Kasey Kahne Motorsports and has signed Crocker to an agreement that involves her running the Silver Crown Series in a Kasey Kahne Motorsports car along with three Busch races and three ARCA races in an Evernham Dodge.”
This is great news for Erin and bad news for Ford. She was supposedly set up with Ford to run a Lewis Midget next season. I think this is the opportunity Erin needs to show what she can do. I think the people who haven’t seen her race will be surprised at how well she can do in a good car (which Kahne will make sure she gets). It may take a little while for her to adjust since she has limited experience in a non-winged car and even less on pavement, but I believe she can do it.
I thik it’s great that there is a good up coming women driver that can really kick some butt.
