New Egypt Speedway — August 13, 2005 2005 August 16
On August 13 I went to New Egypt Speedway for the URC sprints plus a regular show. The races were pretty good but a few of the top drivers in the modifieds were eliminated by a first lap crash.
My 2005 racing stats after the August 13′th race at New Egypt:
Races: 33
Tracks: 20 (10 new)
States: 13 (3 new)
* If Mares did get her first URC win, it would have been one more the media darling, IRL racer, Danica Patrica has in any type of car.
