Presentations Galore
In the last few days I gave two presentations. One was on November 30 at a Rutgers University SCILS colloquim on “Open Source/Open Access. What’s This All About?” that I titled “An Introduction to Open Source, Open Standards, and Open Access for Librarians” (also available: Suggested Readings). It was nice to be able to go back to the old grad school and talk to the current crop of students. The other one was at the Cherry Hill Linux Users Group (CHLUG) and it was about the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard (FHS). Read the rest of this entry »
