Changing Mazda 6 head lights and fog lights 2007 June 15

As I wrote once before, the official way to change the headlights on a 2003 Mazda 6 is to take off the front bumper. However, with skinny hands and some patience, you can get it done without going to such extreme measures. Recently, a low beam headlight on the passenger’s side and a fog light on the driver’s side went out. Having already changed the headlight once, it was pretty easy to do (you just need to move the radiator overflow tank out of the way). The fog lights, however were more confusing. However, thanks to a few Web sites, it wasn’t that bad. You still need some patience, but it can be done. The sites I looked at for hints were:

New Egypt Speedway, May 26 2007 2007 June 13

A little late, but I went to New Egypt Speedway on May 26 for a regular show. The track decided to cancel all of theirt regular Friday night races after one race, so they moved the Super Late Models to every other Saturday. The Super Late Model field was small, but it didn’t really matter because the top three put on a heck of a race. One of the best I’ve seen for a while. The modifieds were more of a one and a half groove race, but the late models were able to running anywhere they wanted. Really the only problem was the start of the race that was over one hour late. They advertised 5:30 and the first race didn’t start until 6:45. This was partly because they over-watered the track. Hopefully they will get this straightened out in the future.

My 2007 Stats after New Egypt Speedway on May 26 are:
Races: 12
Tracks: 7 (3 new) (153 lifetime)
States: 6 (2 new) (37 lifetime)
